Aravindh Deiva Ganesan is an undergraduate student at NIT Trichy, pursuing B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering. He is a self-driven robotics enthusiast with a keen interest in mechanics of robotics, computer vision, photogrammetry, and artificial intelligence. Aravindh is a strategic thinker and a team player who enjoys ideating new problem statements and solving them. He believes that every problem is an opportunity to bring in one more solution. Currently, Aravindh is working as a Robotics Developer at Robotics and Machine Intelligence, where he is responsible for developing and implementing robotics solutions. He has experience in Computer Vision and has worked on various projects in the field. He is also skilled in programming languages such as C++, Java, and Python. Aravindh has previously worked as an organizing committee member at Festember. He was responsible for organizing various events and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth execution. Aravindh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. He is expected to graduate in 2023. Prior to that, he completed his class XII from Amrita Vidyalayam Trichy in 2019. Overall, Aravindh is a highly motivated individual with a passion for robotics and a desire to expand his knowledge. He is excited to be joining the MITACS GRI '22 program at UAlberta, where he hopes to gain valuable experience and further develop his skills in the field of robotics.
